I've declared my out right bias towards The Ox representatives many times on here. This is another one of those times. Kankick is a producer hailing from my neck of the woods, Oxnard, CA. He's put together quite the catalog, and was one of the few Ox city dudes that didn't go the Stones Throw way. This album was his first offering and was, I believe, his only compilation with featured artist taking the forefront. This is an incredible album. Unfortunately it is out of print. Fret not....Check out a couple of my favorite joints off of it, then grab it.
