First official single from the OF duo's upcoming Numbers LP, which drops in October.

The Cafeteria Line Presents HNGRY (Album)

It's no surprise that I am excited for this joint. I was pretty vocal about TiRon and Ayomari having one of the best slept on albums of last year, with A Sucker For Pumps. And the duo is back at it, with a few of their friends, on this new compilation. Stream it for free below, on bandcamp. If you like it, support by dropping your $7.

Mikkey Halsted - Castro (Album)

Chicago's Mikkey Halsted recently released this project Castro which features production from; NO ID, Don Cannon, & Young Chop. I got around to checking it out today and was really impressed. My main problem with Halsted has been the peeks and valley effect that his projects have went through. With this one, I feel its his most cohesive and complete work to date. If you haven't had the time to check it out, I'd recommend doing so.

Brother Ali - 4th King (Prod By Jake One)

Brother Ali know's people in high places....and in this case that enabled him to get his hands on Rick Ross' 3 Kings beat. Ali & Jake have been collaborating pretty damn often over the last 3 years and change, so naturally he'd seize the opportunity to body the Rick Ross beat that featured Hov and Dr. Dre.

Aaliyah ft. Drake - Enough Said (prod. by 40)

Okay... So many things going through my mind. First of all, I'm thrilled at the idea of another Aaliyah album. I think she was truly one of the most talented artists to have ever performed, and it was an enormous tragedy that she was taken so young. And in all honesty, I feel like the idea of Drake possibly executive producing the album could have a lot of potential. However. This song should probably not have been the introduction to this project. It sounds like Drake. It doesn't sound like Aaliyah. Not to say that it isn't good, it's just not at all what I expected. Also, it's not great. Drake saying "Yall aint ready for this." and "yo, whats up" through out the song grows more and more annoying each time. And there is something about that snare that just makes me cringe. But only when Aaliyah is singing over it. It works for Drake. Which just goes back to this sounding more like a Drake track than an Aaliyah track. Anyways, I'm not gonna get into the lack of Tim/Missy, because I'm sure if this posthumous album does release, they'll have a hand in it somewhere. This track is cool. I just dont know if I would have used this exact song as the one to try to get people excited for this... [/rant]
