Milk Crate's Top 10 Albums: Monkzilla #8

#8 Binary Star-Masters Of The Universe

Yea, I know i probably should have posted the first album up "Waterworld" but in all honesty Masters of the Universe oddly enough gets more rotation even though its there remix version. One Be Lo and Senim Silla were a dynamic duo, what made there collabo so unique is these two met while being in the correctional facility. They put Michigan on the map with this $500 budget album and turned it into a classic album with a short legacy.

The album had quotes for days and penetrated your ears with a message that had meaning behind its lyrics. After breaking up, fans till this day still await there debut for when they reunite (although its a slim chance of this) after so many years. I clearly remember being in highschool, and bumping "honest expression" among my homies shouting out those lyrics and hating practically at the time on every mainstream song that was out. This album defines our backpacking days at its pinnacle.
